Sonia Yee is an international award-winning broadcaster, storyteller and content strategist with more than a decade of experience uncovering the stories that shape how people connect, lead and thrive.

An award-winning presenter, producer and podcast specialist, Sonia built her career at RNZ, where she developed a reputation for creating compelling long-form audio, documentaries and in-depth conversations that explored the human experience.

Across thousands of interviews and conversations, she became fascinated by a recurring question:

A graduate of the University of Canterbury and professionally trained actor from Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School, Sonia brings curiosity, empathy and insight to every conversation. Her mission is simple:
